Delivery Areas

Most of our products are available for delivery to all areas of mainland UK.

Manufacturers use their own or third party carriers, some of which do not deliver to more remote areas. Any delivery limitations will be detailed in the Delivery Information section of the product’s page.

We will deliver to your allotment if the allotment has a postcode. Due to the unsecured nature of allotments, you or a representative should be present for the delivery.

All our orders are delivery only and cannot be collected.


Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for all products, other than fencing and decking orders under £200. Fencing and decking orders over £200 are free but those under £200 will incur a small £24.99 delivery charge.

Please be aware that there are some more remote postcode areas which will incur a surcharge.

Delivery Timescales

Each product will have an icon to show whether it has a lead time for delivery or is available for pick-a-day delivery.

Please note that deliveries are generally only offered on week days.


Lead Times

A product with a lead time will have an icon stating a time period, such as 3-4 weeks. This is the time in which a product will be ready for delivery. During this lead time, the manufacturer will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date. If you have not heard from the manufacturer as you near the end of the lead time, contact our customer service centre and we will investigate the status of your order.

You can also use the postcode checker on the product page to see the lead time for your area.



Pick-a-day delivery enables you to choose your delivery day from a choice of dates.

If a product is available for pick-a-day delivery, this will be shown in the icon and indicated next to the post-code checker.

Enter your post-code into the checker and you will be offered a range of dates. You can then select your date as part of the check out process.


Impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic on Delivery Lead Times

With a dramatic increase in the number of us spending time in our gardens, COVID-19 has brought about the highest demand, historically, for all garden products. Combined with delays in manufacturing during the first lockdown; issues with importation of raw materials from overseas; and no quiet sales period, manufacturers have face unprecedented obstacles in keeping stocks replenished. Please be assured that they are doing all they can to supply their valued customers.

On the Delivery Day

Customer presence for delivery

If you will not be available on the date given for delivery, we are able to amend this to a later date if more suitable and if sufficient notice is provided.

Alternatively, our drivers will be able to leave your purchase with a neighbour or in a safe place with your express permission in advance. The liability for the safety of products will be at your own risk if deliveries are arranged in your absence.

Please contact us so that we can pass these special instructions onto our carrier. Failure to advise us will result in the product being returned to the manufacturer.


Social distancing measures for delivery

Protecting the health and wellbeing of all our employees and customers is paramount.

Upon delivery, to protect both you and our drivers, we will not require you to sign for your delivery.

We request that you leave clear instructions for our driver regarding where you would like us to leave your order.

Please remain at a safe distance of over 2 metres or inside your property during the delivery.


Delivery drop-off point

Delivery drivers are only insured to deliver products to a kerbside or driveway.

Unfortunately, due to health and safety restrictions, deliveries cannot be taken into your garden or through your house.

Please be aware that larger products, such as sheds and log cabins, will be delivered by flat-bed truck or lorry. If a refuse collection truck can access your property, the lorry should be able to also. If you think there may be any access issues, please let customer service know when you order.


Installation services

If installation was available for you to order with your product, some manufacturers will carry out installation on the day of delivery, dependent on product range. Others will arrange delivery and installation separately. Please see the product page of the product you are considering for the most relevant information.


Delivery Cancellation

If your order has not yet been delivered and you would like to cancel your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible before the day of delivery.

You should contact us by both telephone (in order to stop the delivery promptly) and then by email to officially cancel. However, if your order includes personalised requirements, it is not possible to cancel the order or delivery.
