This Shire Buckingham summerhouse is a compact summerhouse that can easily sit in any size garden.
Constructed from tongue and groove cladding, this Shire Buckingham summerhouse has a weatherproof build that provides ideal seating for the summer whether you are relaxing yourself or during family gatherings. This Shire Buckingham summerhouse is supplied with a Free Base coat treatment that adds a resistance to the shed from weather damage, reducing the speed of rot.
The tongue and groove floor supports multiple users meaning it can be used all year round by the entire family. The stunning front door has an antique–effect door latch to add a its overall attractive finish. Side opening windows are glazed with real glass and can be opened to let in the needed fresh air, especially on warmer days.
Light also flows in through the window thanks to the fully glazed glass, illuminating the entire summerhouse. Roofing felt is supplied alongside this flatpack delivery and attaches to the OSB board roofing and aids rain run off. After Order Placement:
Delivery of these items is arranged through the manufacturers' own automated booking website.
They will send an automated text to the telephone number supplied within 2 working days after order placement, asking that you go there and book in your delivery. Any delay booking in your delivery through this system will likely delay the overall delivery.
If you will be unavailable on the day of delivery, the driver can attempt to leave your order in a safe place, please indicate this when selecting your delivery as re-delivery charges may be levied if delivery fails on the agreed date.
If you haven't already agreed a day, the delivery team will contact you to arrange an acceptable delivery date based on the typical lead time stated for the product.
Installation - If ordering installation please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery/installation.
Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.
The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property.
