What happens once I have ordered?

Once we have received your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This can sometimes go into the junk folder on your computer, so it’s always worth checking in there if you don’t receive your confirmation email promptly. (Sometimes Spam filters can also block the email). This email will confirm the method of delivery for your order. For some smaller items, your delivery date will be confirmed in your order confirmation e-mail. For all other items, a member of our delivery team with contact you in due course to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please advise our delivery team of any vehicle or handling restrictions that affect your property.

Unfortunately, due to our website operating 24/7 and our suppliers working Monday to Friday we cannot guarantee “real time” stock levels at the time of ordering as we do not hold stock ourselves. In the event of an item being out of stock, our suppliers will contact you to advise when the product is expected back in stock.

Should an item become discontinued or experience a particularly long lead time, please contact us to discuss your requirements so we may suggest an alternative product.

How long will delivery take?

The lead-time for each product is identified within the product detail page. These estimated lead times are provided by the manufacturers and are not guaranteed - due to fluctuation in demand - but are provided in good faith and are representative of delivery at that time. Providing any payment by credit or debit card has been confirmed, any cheque has been cleared and subject to stock availability, we will aim to deliver your product within this lead-time. As mentioned above, refusal of a given delivery date may extend the lead-time beyond that published.

Please Note: During busy periods lead-times may be extended slightly but we will endeavor to get the goods to you as soon as possible.

What should I do upon delivery?

Upon delivery of the product, please inspect the package and product before signing for the delivery. Please ensure that any damage noted at this point is endorsed clearly on the proof of delivery. If you experience any problems at the point of delivery please contact us directly on 0333 003 0517 whilst the driver is still with you. At this point we will evaluate the problem and discuss with you the best course of action.

How long will delivery take?

Our delivery times vary according to the product and times of the year when demand may be greater than usual. While we try to deliver within the lead time stated, these are provided as estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please see our comprehensive product details for more information.

What happens if I place my order and it's out of stock?

Unfortunately due to our web site operating 24/7 and our suppliers working Monday to Friday we cannot guarantee “real time” stock levels at the time of ordering. In the event of an item being out of stock, our suppliers will contact you to advise when the product is expected back in stock.

I know when the shed will be delivered but I won’t be at home, can I arrange for the product to be delivered without being signed for?

If you will not be available on the date given for delivery, we are able to amend this to a later date if more suitable. Alternatively, our drivers will be able to leave your purchase with a neighbour or a safe place with your express permission in advance.

Please contact us so that we can pass these special instructions onto our carrier. Failure to advise us will result in the product being returned to the carrier.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this option.

Can I pay extra for an express delivery?

Unfortunately we do not have an express delivery service available and a delivery day can only be confirmed after the order is placed. However we do offer a Pick a Day service on selected items to the majority of postcodes, which is indicated on the products page.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

Delivery is inclusive for an order of £100 and over for the majority of postcodes within Mainland UK; please see the delivery section for exceptions.

Do I need to do anything before the delivery arrives?

Our delivery vehicles are big, and proud of it. We'll need your help in preparing the delivery site, as well as access to and from it. We will leave the product in a safe location adjacent to the main roadway, but off of any public highways. Please ensure that sufficient space is cleared before delivery. We will make delivery with either a 7.5-tonne vehicle or a HIAB truck with loading arm.

Can the delivery be taken through to my garden? / Can the delivery be made to an allotment?

Unfortunately under no circumstances can the product be taken around the back of the property and we typically plan to deliver to the front garden or drive. Health and Safety and Insurance liabilities also prevent us from entering your property for access and should you live in a flat or request delivery to an allotment we will still only be able to deliver to that point of the property adjacent to the roadway.

In what form will the building be delivered?

What time will delivery arrive?

The delivery will be made between 7am and 7pm on the designated day of delivery.
