The interlocking design of the plastic base kit makes it easy to put together and, though lightweight, it provides a very strong and durable base for the summerhouse. Made from 100% recycled plastic. Heavy-duty membrane included.

Each square is 500 x 500 x 50mm.

Either way, you will have a fantastic view and connection with your garden.

Featuring a fantastic 10 year anti-rot guarantee, when supported by a periodic re-treatment, the summerhouse is constructed from 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding. The smooth finish provides an elegant and stylish space for you to relax. The hardwearing floor is 12mm tongue and groove, ready for many years use. The reverse apex roof is 8mm solid sheet, which provides a wonderful feeling of height inside. The roof is finished in an attractive sand felt.

Two beautiful bi-fold doors with full-length styrene glazed panels lead you inside. A lock and key is fitted as standard ensuring enhanced security. Once inside, natural light fills the space from two further full-length styrene windows on the side aspects, providing a calming atmosphere which enables connection with your garden in any weather.

This attractive summerhouse is supplied dip treated. We would recommend applying a wood preservative within 3 months and annually thereafter. If you are planning to add a paint finish, the dip treatment acts as a brilliant base.

Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Please note that some buildings will not pass through standard doorways in houses. Please call to seek advice if there are any access concerns.

This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format direct from the manufacturer to your home with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.
