With its integral veranda, 2 floors and large bunk bed, the 10 x 10 Traditional Swiss Cottage Children's/ Kids Wooden Garden Playhouse (3.05m x 3.05m) offers your children year upon year of healthy outdoor fun.

Built from smooth-planed 12mm tongue and groove cladding, on a robust 44mm x 27mm frame, this wooden Wendy house boasts both beauty and brawn. The floor and apex roof are both constructed from superior 12mm tongue and groove too, the latter featuring a weatherproof felt covering to keep your little ones dry, the whole year round.

They can gain easy access to the veranda via a gap between the balusters, and then to the interior through a single door. It features a black, antique-style handle, catch and hinges, as well as a small diamond-shaped window. Four additional fixed windows, 2 of which are dormer, bathe the interior in natural light. All of these windows are made from acrylic, which is tough enough to withstand the rigours of playtime, and far safer than conventional glass.

This children's playhouse boasts an exceptionally safety-conscious design and meets stringent European safety standards. It includes carefully chamfered edges on the frame, a safety rail on the bunk bed, a hand rail on the ladder, and magnetic door catches too. Inside, there is excellent ventilation, so rest assured that your children's playtime will remain safe and enjoyable.

This kids' playhouse comes dip-treated, will require re-treating within 6 weeks of assembly and annually thereafter, in order for you to maintain its gorgeous appearance.
